Shipping Cost

Shipping across India is free on all orders above ₹599. For international shipping, charges will be collected based on weight and region. We will process shipping within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Estimated Time for Delivery

Within India:

  • Metro Cities – Minimum: 2 Business Days | Maximum: 4 Business Days
  • Non-Metro Cities – Minimum: 4 Business Days | Maximum: 7 Business Days

International:

  • International: Minimum 10 Business Days | Maximum: 15 Business Days

Note: All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours upon receiving them unless there is a shortage in inventory, in which case we will get in touch with you and communicate the revised timelines. navrangshopping will not be responsible for delays caused by unforeseen external circumstances.

Return and Exchange Policy

Orders Shipped to Indian Address

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise and we will bear the reverse pick-up charges. If you have changed your mind, shipping charges will be applicable.

Return eligibility criteria:

  1. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
  2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers.
  3. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Write to us at navrangmadurai@gmail.com with your order number, phone number and the nature of the problem encountered along with images of the product.
  2. We will verify your request and generate the reverse pickup. Keep the item(s) securely in their original packaging, do not remove any brand tags and ensure they are in the same condition as received.
  3. Hand over the package to our courier partner. Please make a short video while handing over the shipment with products clearly visible and ask the courier person’s name, company name and contact number.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  5. If the product passes inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchange or return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged or defective condition, please reach out to us at navrangmadurai@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
