How can I choose the right size for my product?
Each product may have different size options and fits. Please check the available size options and product details on the respective product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about the size, please contact our customer support team before ordering.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within India, delivery generally takes **3–7 business days**, depending on your location and courier availability. International orders generally take **7–21 business days**, however right now, we have not enabled international sales, if you have a bulk quantity need, you can contact us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS. You can use the tracking information to follow your order’s delivery status.
How can I return an item?
Returns or exchanges are subject to Navrang Shopping’s applicable return and exchange policy. Before placing an order, please make sure that you select the correct product, colour and size. For return or exchange requests, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and package. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. However, the refund will not instant, it would take regular cycle of business days. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
