Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. You are free to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care at navrangmadurai@gmail.com and submit an online refund request (in case of prepaid orders).

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we would not be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know. If you have already accepted the shipment, no worries — you can return the product and exchange it for something else within 7 days of receiving the order. Our team will help you with solutions wherever possible.
